Cei is an important town or area on Ui. It seems to be quite close to Coyote, and is where Joe Stone was taken after the raid on Feel Better. The Coyote Neighbourhood Watch is mentioned as being part of a larger organisation called the "Cei Royal Guard".

Cei seems to be the hometown of William Tulan's family.
