Coyote is a town on Ui, close to the forests where Joe Stone lives. It is theoretically managed by its mayor, Charles Bek, but recently he has been influenced by pressure from William Tulan, vice-president of Coyote's Neighbourhood Watch. Coyote seems to be a fairly unremarkable town, but like much of Ui, it is currently overshadowed by an irrational prejudice against Jitai.
