The Coyote Neighbourhood Watch, sometimes abbreviated to CNW, is an organisation operating out of Coyote in which both William Tulan and Klear Ishrian appear to have administrative roles. While the organisation does seem to address some citizens' concerns, in practice its members are a field crew for Klear's operations. Unlike "neighbourhood watch" systems as we know them on Earth, the CNW employs military force and has a large budget. It is particularly active in the arrest and extermination of Jitai, and is known to exaggerate the danger they pose in order to further this end.
