Angellene is a native of Nia. Although in theory she is a team member who should defer to Sandy, her varied range of abilities and quick mind seem to have made her the de facto leader of the Jackers.
Angellene is skilled with technology, being the inventor of the computer chip that enables Pippin to issue commands to Kokiro. She appears to be well prepared for anything her adventures in the past might throw at her, being completely unconcerned, for instance, by the sight of two incarnations of Kokiro in the same place at the same time. Angellene is focused on her mission and often finds herself acting as the grown-up member of the group, but has an impatient streak and does not shy from using violence when the situation demands-- in fact, when such violence involves blowing things up she seems rather to like it.
