Sandy is an inhabitant of Nia and the official leader of the Jackers, although in practice most of their operations seem to be organised by Angellene. She is Sunny's older sister and bears a strong physical resemblance to her, although she lacks Sunny's horns and tail. Sandy is considerably better informed about Project Kokiro and the Jackers' eventual goals than her sister, but is not as unwaveringly dedicated to work as Angellene, being more than willing to consider the prospect of relaxing on the beach with Sunny.
